Today I purchased 1G Social Pass valid for 3 days with a K3 as per Digicel pop-up Selection Option Menu below. I then started surfing on FB for about 15 minutes and all of a sudden the 1G social pass was gone, however!
Became so furious, I called the Digicel Customer Care via #123 and explained him what had happened. A male picked up the call and answered, "All your data were used up by the applications on your phone thru auto-updating".
But, knowing that the social pass can't be used by any Apps, I asked him, "What..?!How can the apps utilize the Social Pass, that's impossible?" Being confused, he replied that when we didn't update the apps on our phones for a long time, the apps used any data that was available!
This made me feel so fracking funny. I knew he was telling lies! It's impossible that the apps can be updated by the Social Pass as they're meant to access social media only (correct me if I'm wrong).
I hanged up the phone perceiving that the social pass was a SCAM!
DIGICEL IS A SCAMMER robbing people!
We need to switch to Bmobil and Telecom. They're better than Digicel.
