Basil noted that it should be acknowledged that information and communications technology (ICT) was here to stay. “It is important that our vulnerable children must be introduced to proper and responsible use of ICT practices and be aware of cybercrimes and cyber security issues at an early age,” Basil said. “Therefore, I encourage the ICT sector agencies and education agencies to work together to introduce ICT and cyber security as part of education or learning curriculum at primary and secondary level.”
“Let us consider how best we can utilise this technology to disseminate information.” He said these would be planned. The National NExt : Digicel Receives ‘Best Operator’ Award Comments are closed.
